Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities

Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.

Own a portfolio of complex businesses by managing trusted relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.

Drive customer value and ensure growth of their business by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.

Act as the primary client point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.

Ensure high performance and measure the impact of the most and high value campaigns.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Understanding of digital marketing and advertising landscape, including online marketing strategies and campaign management.

Ability to exceed sales quotas in advertising or media sales, while managing a client portfolio and driving business growth.

Ability to take initiative, with a desire to learn, seek out new business opportunities, and continuously improve.
