Conduct and lead research to identify user needs and business opportunities that guide product/service strategy, improvements and business goals.

Drive user-centric thinking to influence partners and collaboratively solve constraints in strategy, product or technology.

Build consensus and influence the team to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions, and communicate research insights and recommendations to partners.

Identify, create and use key insights and metrics to evaluate product, service and ecosystem impact.

Contribute to developing project priorities in alignment with larger project goals, and coordinate allocation of resources within the project. Identify a research program by planning, designing and engaging in strategic and tactical research that informs the product/service/business.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar.

Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies).
