Responsibilities

Drive the acquisition and onboarding of high-value clients within the affiliate and publisher ecosystem by defining the commercial strategy, managing the entire life-cycle, and ensuring the long-term success of newly partnered businesses with Google.

Manage the full business cycle, from targeted prospecting within the affiliate and publisher space to agreement negotiation and closure, and own the critical 6-month post-closure relationship management phase, ensuring a seamless, high-performance transition.

Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential affiliate and publisher clients through cross-functional collaboration with internal sales, onboarding, agency, and marketing teams to execute outreach.

Secure high-impact business agreements through expert-level outbound prospecting, deep consultative selling, stakeholder education, persuasive pitching, and relationship orchestration.

Leverage the full Google marketing suite and provide specialist consultation to clients, helping to utilize the full spectrum of Google's marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in outbound sales.
-
2 years of experience in Affiliate or Publisher marketing.

Experience in full life-cycle sales.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.

Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
-
Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.

Experience building a book of business and securing new customers.
