  • Develop and refine demand forecasts for New Product Introduction programs from pre-General Availability ramp through to the sustaining phase.

  • Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models, processes, and software tools) in creating supply forecasts and respective inventory goals.

  • Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.

  • Coordinate with executive-level and non-rack New Product Introduction part planners to conduct thorough feasibility analysis of demand ramps against supply chain capabilities, highlighting risks and constraints early.

  • Drive necessary mitigation actions and prioritization (including escalations) and allocation decisions with procurement and other teams to minimize impact to Google's capacity delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.).

  • Experience with network infrastructure or data centers.
