Product Engineering Manager, Global Manufacturing Engineering

Define team priorities aligned with organizational goals, meeting regularly with individuals to discuss performance, development, provide feedback and coaching.

Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze/understand failure to resolve issues.

Drive run-the-business activities by ensuring contract manufacturers meet quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals, directing Product Health Reviews, and leading continuous improvement across key performance metrics (e.g., yield, capacity, NPI transition).

Collaborate with NPI leadership to integrate sustaining team insights into the manufacturing plan, Design for Excellence (DFx), test strategy, and partner on risk mitigation to ensure predictable and scalable mass production.

Partner with Quality leaders to achieve product quality and reliability goals, guiding and validating product qualification plans and results.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering related field or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in manufacturing.

8 years of experience in product engineering or development management.
-
8 years of experience in people management.
-
Experience supporting or leading multiple projects and managing engineering team.
