The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$294,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
-
Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.

Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.

Complete (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.

Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in a technical project management, or a customer-facing role.

Experience in program management in environments using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Preferred qualifications
-
Master's degree in Computer Science, a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
-
Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver cloud centric solutions.
-
Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
