Develop prototypes and build front-ends and back-ends for greenfield projects.

Work with Google Public Sector (GPS) Sovereign Engineering and Google Distribute Cloud Engineering to survey existing pain points, and propose solutions and improvements.

Participate in and lead architecture and engineering designs with peers and stakeholders, and exercise technical judgment (e.g., deciding between available technologies).

Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

Experience with cloud compute platforms (e.g., Kubernetes or Cloud Functions).
-
Active, or the ability to obtain, a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
