Collaborate with Directors and cross-functional managers to execute the payments partnerships and ecosystem strategy, serving as an integral part of the organization and a trusted advisor to the Global Payments Partnerships Business Development team.

Accelerate AI workflow adoption across the Strategy and Operations and BD function by identifying and automating key operational processes e.g. velocity, pipeline prioritization, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) migration.

Establish scalable operating cadences across Payments BD to accelerate decision-making, synthesize cross-functional initiatives, and clarify executive escalation channels.

Develop written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels, creating structured pathways for cross-team knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
