Inspire, direct, and motivate a talented research team in creating breakthrough hardware and software experiences.

Contribute to, or lead key research activities including field studies, lab studies, surveys, design sprints and other forms of formative and evaluative research for hardware and software systems.

Translate study findings into design recommendations to iteratively improve the product.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Industrial and Interaction Designers to solve problems and prioritize user experience research questions.

Identify opportunities for high-impact research and execute on them. Guide the informational needs of the product engineering team to deliver high-quality products.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
