The Laptops and Tablets Hardware Engineering team works closely with SOC/CPU manufacturers and OEMs/Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in delivering next-generation computing devices.

You will define system hardware architects and requirements, oversee physical engineering design layout, troubleshoot and work cross-functionally on system integration. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review Laptops and Tablets and their sub-components from concept to mass production.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional issues related to architecture and development, including performance, power consumption, thermal behavior, production quality, failure analysis, manufacturing, schematic design and review, PCB layout, and overall system integration.
• Work with Engineering/Qualification teams on system bring up and design validation, and with the Support team in debug and failure analysis investigation.
• Participate in product development and provide detailed technical development of the motherboard and peripheral boards of the systems.
