Negotiate agreements and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive results for service providers and YouTube. Identify and develop new business opportunities that expand the creator economy ecosystem and benefit both partners and the platform.

Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance.

Produce analyses and recommendations to optimize performance as part of a regular review cycle with managed partners.

Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, across Product, Sales, Marketing, Policy, Comms, Finance, and Legal to bring the right solutions to key partners.

Develop, plan, and implement projects and initiatives to grow and enhance the overall creator service provider ecosystem.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, creator services (or other creator-driven industries), creator commerce industries, or a related role.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
