Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
As a Cloud Program Manager, you will identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to deliver business, operational or technical improvements, with clear systems to measure improvements, optimizations, and performance metrics. You will scope, phase, and lead cross-functional and cross-organizational issues including delivering downstream change management and the stakeholder team. You will advocate for the programs and ensure alignment of executive cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You will also engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations.

Responsibilities
-
Lead the project management of multi-functional Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.

Manage the risks, issues and actions for accounts and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.

Manage the delivery quality of the delivery teams and resources when needed.
-
Manage various projects and technical requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
7 years of experience with digital transformation using cloud-based solutions, managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, professional services and distributed teams.
-
Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications
-
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
-
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
-
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making/prioritization and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrator, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Understanding of cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings.

Ability to work in ambiguous environments and define a path to resolution.

Ability to learn, understand, and work with technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
