The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to the Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates.
This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health).
This role sits with the APAC Business Strategy and Operations (BS&O) team, which is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy for APAC LCS, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of ads products. We play an important role in building an excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing seller skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on GBO and GTM top business priorities. You will work with regional and country leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, design and implement sales enablement initiatives to drive business growth and operational improvements. You will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of topics in GTM and get exposure to several aspects of the business. You will support GTM teams in making critical strategic decisions and achieving their business objectives.
Responsibilities

Drive complex, cross-functional projects to enable sellers to be more effective.

Provide critical analyses and data-driven recommendations to executive leaders on high-priority strategy and operations topics.

Develop and leverage working knowledge of market, ads products, organizational and cross-functional nuances to contribute to strategic sales enablement initiatives and recommend improvements.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.

Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights.
Preferred qualifications

Ability to grow and exercise judgment in a fluid and ambiguous environment.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
