Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 4 years of experience as a BDR or scaled sales representative

  • Experience with the cloud based platform or SaaS business

  • Experience in tech sales

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Management, Technology or Engineering field.

  • Demonstrated track record in reaching and exceeding sales goals in the technology industry (e.g. with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products).

  • A passion for and understanding of the startup ecosystem.

As a Field Sales Representative (FSR) within our Startups organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to Google Cloud customers across the startup ecosystem. You will manage the growth strategy for Startup and Digital Native accounts, engaging customers, from developers to C-suite founders, with consultative value selling methodology. Your goal is to drive long-term revenue growth by gaining a deep understanding of customers' critical challenges and aligning them with Google Cloud's portfolio of solutions. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from initiating customer conversations to orchestrating internal and external teams to deliver revenue commitments and increased consumption. You'll advocate the innovative power of our products and solutions to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

The Lithuania base salary range for this full-time position is EUR 44,000 - 45,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Build executive relationships with founders and CTOs in the start ups space, influence long-term direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan, and build targeted account plans across key verticals

  • Execute demand generation activities as needed; engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.

  • Qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud deployment. Articulate key differentiators and typical customer journeys whilst displaying a passion for computer science and cloud technology.

  • Build a presence in the local startup ecosystem interacting with incubators, accelerators and VC
