Own the monthly forecasting, budget tracking, annual planning and Long-range Plan for YouTube’s headcount and payroll spend and deliver internal reporting staples that tell the story of YouTube’s headcount and payroll trajectory.

Partner regularly with People Operations and
Product Operations to validate and update headcount modeling assumptions and build an efficient cross-functional headcount forecasting process for YouTube.

Synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership presentations.

Support tracking and diligence of cost allocations to YouTube’s profit and loss by maintaining a monthly reporting cadence for regular budget monitoring, as well as periodic analyses into specific areas.

Identify and implement process optimizations to YouTube’s reporting and insights capabilities by developing expertise in the Google-wide headcount, payroll, and allocations tool ecosystem, bringing the best of those tools into YouTube’s processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
