Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Operations Center

Plan and facilitate meetings, offsites and workshops to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems. Build strong relationships.

Develop compelling business cases to support key proposals and initiatives. Analyze data and conduct research to justify investment decisions.

Oversee operational performance reporting, root cause analysis and quarterly business reviews. Create high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for audiences. Develop and maintain leadership and stakeholder-facing collateral.

Help to identify and articulate key metrics-related insights and trends. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership. Track progress against GOC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Document and track risks, issues, decisions, and action items. Leverage Google and GOC data and business intelligence tools for proactive monitoring and predictive analytics.

Provide program management support for high-priority strategic initiatives and partner across multiple functions in the organization to drive change.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in strategy and operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
