Represent supplier quality engineering in executive reviews, cross-functional forums, and direct supplier leadership engagements.

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers ensuring Google is protected from a quality and reliability perspective.

Establish quality programs and process controls in suppliers for early issue detection and prevent quality or reliability escapes from reaching Google.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or thermal-related equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in the thermal technology and manufacturing process.

8 years of experience in quality/reliability and thermal technology.

Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement.
