Ensure high product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for our clients, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to guide communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams.

Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients integrations.

Guide the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.

Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
