The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define the long-term goal, strategy, and roadmap for the GDC Agentic AI portfolio, aligning it with overall GDC on AI goals, market trends, and customer needs, and GTM strategy.

• Collaborate closely with customers to define Agentic AI product requirements and architecture specifically in the public sector space, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to landing.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other product managers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and translate them into actionable product improvements.

• Identify and address technical risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

• 15 years of product management experience in the AI domain, with experience managing and launching technical products and features.

• Experience building large-scale distributed AI platforms and distributed systems, including GPU systems.

• Experience as a builder of large-scale infrastructure products, and understanding of AI infrastructure (GPUs), virtualization, containerization.

• Understanding of AI and Agentic technologies.
