Demand Generation Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing, Google Cloud

As an Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will explore new ways, and lead efforts, to create explosive growth amongst enterprises who want to transform their business, processes and insights through the powerful solutions offered by Google Cloud.
Your responsibilities will include using paid media to drive demand generation for a selection of targeted mid-market and enterprise accounts, as well as drive pipeline business growth in EMEA. You will also collaborate on global programs, for contact development via content distribution. You will craft and execute media campaigns to drive lead generation of targeted accounts, with a strong focus on performance and optimization of the entire campaign experience. You will also be the business owner for growing the pipeline business coming from our flagship Google Cloud products. You'll work closely across the Google Cloud team to understand business needs, develop media marketing plans, track growth and report results.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

9 years of experience in B2B and multi-channel marketing with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands.

Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hub Spot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel.

Experience in using data analytics and CRM reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to track MQL-to-Oppo conversion rates and ROI.

Experience partnering with Sales and Business Development (BDR/SDR) teams to define funnel strategies.
