Oversee the day-to-day management of teams within data center operations.

Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for the global computing and network architecture.

Manage the implementation of projects within the team and effectively communicate business priorities and facilitate hands-off operations to following shift leads.

Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving strategic business goals and demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering collaborative team environment.

Ensure data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.

2 years of experience managing technical teams, vendor or contract management and delivery.

Must have the ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
