Manage team of technical program managers responsible for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals

Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives, manage career development and aid in personal growth of a team of Technical Program Managers (T/PMs).

Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.

Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, defining and developing cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities.

Deliver effective execution at scale within large, multi-project programs, guide process development and iterative optimization.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program management.

5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

5 years of experience with project management in the telecom or data center infrastructure space.
