Create initial motion concepts and high-fidelity mocks, radically exploring new approaches for Google’s AI-era design language. You will navigate ambiguity by translating complex ideas into tangible visuals that test UI conventions.

Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to evolve bold ideas. Quickly and precisely respond to feedback, leveraging high-order teamwork skills to refine motion concepts and specs in real-time and ensure the collective goal remains cohesive.

Create detailed documentation and logic for developers to accurately implement motion designs.

Provide the necessary context for unique animations, ensuring that even the most expressive concepts are technically viable and seamlessly integrated.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience related to physics, patterns, motion design and visual design elements.
