Identify and solve complex business problems such as increasing development velocity or cost optimization by directly designing and rolling out processes, automated workflows, and standardized playbooks across the organization.

Partner with Google Enterprise Network (GEN) leadership to synchronize multi-year roadmaps and translate high-level business objectives into executable frameworks that respect functional swim lanes.

Lead the re-imagining and re-engineering of core T/PgM processes, standards and tools, potentially impacting areas like the GEN PLC, project reporting, Task Flow usage, and governance frameworks.

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of transformation efforts, transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Serve as the organizational expert for Task Flow/Buganizer (or equivalent systems), directly configuring and optimizing tooling to ensure predictable outcomes, rigorous milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in program or project management.

5 years of experience driving transformational initiatives within a program management or operations function.

Experience leading process and tooling changes and driving cross-functional alignment to PMO governance and best practices.

Experience in a software engineering, network engineering, or IT infrastructure environment.

Experience presenting to executive audiences, representing PMO performance.
