Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

Drive the acquisition and onboarding of high-value clients by defining the commercial strategy, managing the entire life-cycle, and ensuring the long-term success of newly partnered businesses with Google.

Manage the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting within the market space to manage negotiation and closure, and own the critical 6-month post-closure relationship management phase, ensuring a seamless, performance transition.

Build and manage a pipeline of potential affiliate and publisher clients through cross-functional collaboration with internal sales, onboarding, agency, and marketing teams to execute outreach.

Secure business agreements through expert-level outbound prospecting, consultative selling, stakeholder education, persuasive pitching, and relationship orchestration.

Leverage the Google marketing suite and provide specialist consultation to clients, helping to utilize the full spectrum of Google's marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in outbound sales.

Experience in full life-cycle sales.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
-
Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
-
Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.

Experience building a book of business and securing new customers.
