Google Customer Solutions Sales teams are trusted advisors who maintain a focus on customer success. The Mid-Market Sales team is a critical growth engine for customers in Google Customer Solutions, which looks after the various sized customers with a focused approach with multiple supporting specialist teams. Through relationship development, the team is dedicated to help customers achieve their business goals and marketing objectives by providing Google advertising solutions as well as other digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Establish a partnership with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.

Manage a group of businesses by understanding what promotes, grows, and identifies opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for growth.

Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.
-
Coach teammates in the organization to expand skills that cultivate customers growth and contribute to overall team success.
-
Generate plans by collaborating with specialists, engineers and product teams, and define business goals, strategies, and metrics for success.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
-
4 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients or customers.
-
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the client management in this market.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience building relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
-
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
-
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy, and product knowledge across digital advertising products.
-
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
-
Ability to develop joint business plans, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer.
-
Ability to assess and solve customer needs via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
