Define the roadmap for Proof of Identity at Google. This includes moving beyond basic documentation toward cryptographically bound identities and high-assurance biometric signals.

Direct the technical evolution of our identity proofing system, ensuring it provides the high-fidelity signals required to protect Google’s most sensitive internal resources.

Partner with Security Engineering to integrate advanced verification workflows (e.g., liveness detection, hardware-backed proofing) into the employee journey.

Solve the Friction versus Security paradox. Design verification experiences that feel seamless for Googlers while providing ironclad security for the enterprise.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

5 years of experience in product management, including within identity, security, or enterprise infrastructure.

2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
