As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping Google Customer Solutions (GCS) app-first clients grow their app or gaming businesses using Google Ad products and services. You will advise on app marketing strategies which will help partners achieve their user acquisition goals and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app advertisement within Google. You'll reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations to product betas and strategic performance reviews, in order to build comprehensive solutions for customers. You will be responsible for some in-country travel, public speaking engagements at industry events, and performance-focused conversations with app developers and marketers. You will work with internal stakeholders across Go-to-Market (GTM), Ad Mob, Play, g Tech, and export teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.

  • Identify and pursue app and web opportunities in the book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaigns.

  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals and utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.

  • Provide service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.

  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products and work and collaborate with mobile-focused, cross-functional teams such as GTM, Ad Mob, Play, and g Tech.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience working in the app marketing or gaming industry.

  • Experience in business and educating advertisers.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to communicate in this customer-facing business role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals while building pipelines and pitching Google Ads solutions.

  • Knowledge of the app marketers and app ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

  • Excellent organization and adaptability skills with the ability to work well in a team.
