Serve as the central authority for the Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), ensuring standards and management practices are harmonized across all support customers.

Facilitate the onboarding of new business units into the internal EHSMS by establishing expectations, defining minimum requirements, and conducting initial operational risk assessments.

Act as the primary EHS Risk Coordinator to align internal systems with the corporate risk framework while providing regular data-driven updates to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Develop high-performing program teams and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across operations, construction, and new customer groups.

Identify and execute process improvements for the broader organization by leveraging operational data to inform consensus and strategic decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field.

5 years of experience leading global, cross-functional teams in EHS audit or quality assurance.
