Oversee kitting operations at the Contract Manufacturing level, ensuring just-in-time delivery of packaging materials stays aligned with server production schedules to achieve high on-time-delivery rates.

Safeguard the organization against global mandates, including European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU PPWR) and European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)by ensuring all wood-based and plastic materials are fully compliant and documented.

Manage a multi-million dollar Opex/Capex budget and optimize annual spend through sourcing and engineering activity.
