Manage the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects involving long-haul dark fiber, metro fiber, leased capacity and circuits, Outside Plant and Inside Plant fiber from inception through delivery.

Review, interpret, and validate fiber designs (Outside Plant and Inside Plant) and engineering plans, including fiber routing, conduit infrastructure, splice schematics, rack layouts, and points of interface.

Coordinate with a wide range of internal teams and external entities like municipalities and colocation providers.

Serve as the primary Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) vendor contact for these activities.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program management working across a cross-functional organization.

Experience in an Outside Plant (OSP)-focused role within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry (e.g., OSP Engineer, Fiber Project Manager, OSP Construction Manager).

Experience with Inside Plant (ISP) fiber optic infrastructure, including design, installation, and testing within data centers, In-line Amplifier (ILA) sites, or colocation facilities.
