Strategy and Operations Associate, APAC, Commercial Deals Operations

Lead the APAC LCS Product GTM commercial deals operations for the region.

Develop and execute go-to-market commercial operations, designed to incentivize client business generation and product acceleration.

Inform regional activation operations collaboratively (e.g., tools, processes, tracking, agreements, policy exceptions).

Support executive product and sales leaders to manage processes that accelerate APAC LCS business generation.

Partner with specialist, agency, and sales leads in key APAC markets to unlock opportunities.
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you'll be part of the Product GTM team, tasked with accelerating and defending large customer sales (LCS) business generation growth across the region via the development of media incentive operations.
As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will support the acceleration of business generation growthby executing commercial agreements processes for programs including product acceleration (e.g., media trials), product readiness (e.g., media readiness programs), and business generation acceleration (e.g., VIP and agency agreements).
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in product strategy/operations, sales, agency commercials, or a product specialist role.
