The g Reach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the g Reach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Program Manager for Technical Acceleration Program (TAP) and Mini Technical Acceleration Program (MiniTAP) with an accelerated path to associate Field Customer Engineer specializing in GenAI.
In short, TAP is a prototyping workshop. We help customers develop minimal viable products, side-by-side while MiniTAP offers a series of predefined workshops on Google Cloud products or solutions, combining presentation and to effectively familiarize customers with specific offerings.
This role is designed for a g Reach Associate who aims to grow into an associate Field Customer Engineer specializing in GenAI application/agent development within three years. You will progressively shift from program management duties to customer-facing technical engagements.

Responsibilities

Manage program communication with all internal stakeholders, and report on progress by a regular internal synchronization.

Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including meeting minutes and PR materials.

Provide logistical support for the program, such as venue booking, and catering management.

Track and report on program progress, identify potential risks and issues and propose solutions for improvement.

Develop and deliver GenAI MiniTAP content as the role evolves. Support Cluster Field FSR/CEs in customer engagements, taking on more direct customer interaction and technical responsibilities.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

1 year of developer experience in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.

Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and application development.

Experience in process implementation and improvement.
