In this role, you will work with customers in digital natives to help protecting and growing in-quarter business, identifying customers needs and translating the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization and troubleshooting, product adoption and core account hygiene**.**

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

Leverage the understanding of advertising to manage customers in digital natives.

Identify customer needs and translate the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, product adoption and account hygiene.

Craft and execute a tactical plan for managed accounts, identify the right solutions to meet the business objectives.

Optimize campaigns according to customer needs in order to promote long-term growth and help to troubleshoot on customer issues.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.

Experience with business techniques including effective questioning and objection handling.

Ability to influence stakeholders thought leadership.

Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
-
Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to support mandarin speaking customers.
-
Ability to work seperately and manage multiple projects, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
