Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the core of YouTube Studio.

Define Design System and Information Architecture for the app across web and mobile.

Implement the platform allowing teams across YouTube to deploy their features.

Be responsible for ensuring the app as a whole remains cohesive.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
-
3 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience building and launching customer-facing Large Language Models (LLM) products, demonstrating an understanding of product life-cycle management.
-
Experience in innovating and implementing product solutions to introduce workflow or cost efficiencies (e.g., through tooling or other product solutions).

Experience in generative AI.

Ability to leverage customer/user support data to identify product opportunities and drive improvements in key metrics.

Excellent investigative skills to lead teams in generating actionable product insights from support data, identifying core issues, and prioritizing solutions.
-
Excellent influence and executive communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners, including Vice President (VP)-level stakeholders.
