Customer Onboarding Strategist

Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.

Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and deliver an outstanding onboarding experience

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.

Implement creative ways to improve the customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.

Provide strategic advice to help the advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.

You work with a highly engaged, fun team and bring creativity to grow and transform. The Customer Onboarding team operates like a Start-Up - 'Run It Like You Own It' mentality - to enable creativity thought-leadership with a self-management team practice.
In this role, you will flex your strengths in product knowledge, consultative selling (upsell/pitch to the clients), and account management. You will work cross-functionally with the acquisitions, product, program, and same-store teams.
