Responsibilities
-
Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for g Tech Ads Solutions teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.

Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
-
Partner with g Tech Ads Solutions leadership in end-to-end driving strategic initiatives, including global priorities.

Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications
-
MBA degree.
-
Experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, internet, media industries or early stage companies.
-
Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive conversations, and leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.
-
Expertise in operations, customer solutions and internet/online media.
-
Knowledge of various g Tech Ads business operations and ability to build relationships with g Tech Ads vertical leadership.

Excellent project management, problem-solving/analysis, written/verbal communication, and people management skills.
