Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.

Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements provide timely solutions to issues.

Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.

Drive exceptional culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.

Liaise with the wider construction EHS team to ensure best practices are fully and completely implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured, analyzed, and risks mitigated to an acceptable level, ensure that the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience with mission critical construction safety program management.

Experience in data center or other similar mission critical construction environment .
