As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide actionable insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. Your ability to transform complex data into compelling visualizations will be crucial in helping stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building key performance indicators (KPI) frameworks that effectively track business and measure the success of key business strategies.

• Develop data infrastructure, including building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting investigative models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.

• Transform raw data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.

• Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, high-quality data and insights to propel the growth of the business.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.

• Experience writing SQL queries.

• Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.

• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
