Respond to network outages by providing a diagnosis of Layer 1 to Layer 3 network errors and initiate and complete network repairs.

Use and develop workflows and systems to diagnose optical Layer 1 and Layer 3 network issues to completion.

Participate in 24/7 global team shift rotations.

Provide remote support for field operations related to network repairs.

Interface with level customers, communicating repair status and updates as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in DWDM, TCP/IP, or system design operations methodology.

Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.
