Identify problems and issues across the organization and define/lead programs and processes to solve them.

Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.

Provide data-driven insights that support decision making and help define, land and execute on our key strategic priorities for the Play and Developer Ecosystem organization.

Structure and perform analyses in collaboration with other team members and cross-functional teams, and conduct research to uncover critical insights that will lead to business recommendations.

Communicate findings using both sound analytical insight and solid business judgment while influencing team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.

Experience working with and analyzing data.
