Partner with Product Manager, Trust and Safety, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and other UXers to understand themes and requirements across regulations and our policy responses to identify the impact positive and negative on users, consumers, advertisers and publishers.

Collaborate with Product Manager, UX, Engineer, Legal, Policy and other stakeholders across Google to develop innovative early stage product and policy concepts that address these impacts.

Translate research insights into user, product and policy requirements.

Demonstrate user and ecosystem impacts via user journeys, swimlanes, causal loops, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and story telling.

Set the standard for UX design practice not only as a means to delivering solutions, but as a way of deepening understanding and driving strategic conversations in a complex problem space.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product design or UX.
