Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze online marketing and campaign performance data to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize advertisement campaigns. Control editorial quality and consult with clients on campaigns.

  • Encourage advertisers to incorporate Google's variety of ROI-oriented advertisement strategies. Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems.

  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results. Optimize keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertiser ROI.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in account management, sales or marketing.

  • Experience in online sales, business-development and marketing.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of apps.

  • Ability to be detail-oriented, and to rapidly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

  • Ability to deliver results in a fluid environment.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
