Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) businesses across EMEA as a disciplined business owner to drive revenue growth, interacting with B and C-levels on a frequent basis. Partner with several internal stakeholders

  • SPE, g Tech to work with our CSS partners to drive sustainable long term growth and unlock business transformation.

  • Partner with customers to work towards business and marketing objectives. Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that drives revenue growth for our business across Search, Shopping, Display, Apps and Video

  • Understand what drives the CSS ecosystem, and provide advice to help CSSs grow both their book of business and drive quality traffic for merchants.

  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Central European languages (German/Polish/Czech) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in managing affiliate networks, price comparisons or shopping ads.

  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.

  • Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.

  • Understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Video).
