Lead a team of client software engineers to launch new client experiences surfacing the latest genAI capabilities and ship them at YouTube scale at high velocity.

Work on client infrastructure/platform efforts to help us scale in Shorts and across Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO).

Gain broad exposure across the client stack, serving, and cross-platform efforts.

Work cross-functionally with product managers and UX designers to shape the user experience.

Help set the cultural tone for the team around teamwork and innovation, and help develop our team's ambitious strategy.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development.

5 years of experience with iOS or Android mobile development.

5 years of experience building end-to-end applications.

2 years of experience managing a team of software engineers.
