Act as the lead technical consultant for partner learning and the partner ecosystem stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical specifications, reporting solutions, and platform enhancements.

Own the end-to-end roadmap for our partner-facing dashboarding platforms and back-end management systems. Design, build, and maintain high-quality, automated dashboards and reports (e.g., in Looker Studio) to track key metrics (e.g., training adoption, certification, program impact).

Lead two specialized Vendor teams (Developers and Data Analysts) to ensure high-quality code, system stability, and the timely execution of the platform goal.

Establish and enforce standards for data hygiene, access control, and policy compliance to ensure our systems remain secure and scalable as the partner network grows.

Oversee the platform integration into internal and external tools like learning management systems, data warehouses, Salesforce, credential and certification management systems (e.g., CM Connect, Credly).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management, data analytics, business intelligence, or learning technology systems.
