As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design and deploy artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced learning frameworks to provide continuous, personalized development for Area and Site Leads.

• Create measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and scalability of training programs, ensuring they evolve with the organization’s growth.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver workforce solutions.

• Cultivate innovative partnerships and leverage external expertise to drive community impact.

• Own the end-to-end training and design for our Area and Site Lead College.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• 5 years of experience in managing programs in global operations or infrastructure (e.g., data centers).

• Experience designing training for mid-to-executive management.

• Experience managing community-facing initiatives or workforce development with external stakeholders.

• Experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, automation) into workflows and using data-driven insights to measure program return on investment and scalability.

Preferred qualifications

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• 5 years of experience applying instructional design methodologies to create leadership development programs.

• Experience translating operational data into narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience developing blended learning solutions (e.g., VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training), e-learning, immersive simulations).

• Experience navigating organizational growth.
