Manage regional PFE power systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring technical acceptance, operational excellence, and maximum reliability through the development and implementation of standards, procedures, maintenance strategies, and performance monitoring.

Oversee the performance of PFE/subsea systems and subcontractors, leading service restoration efforts in collaboration with relevant teams.

Partner with location teams on utility engagement and energy strategies, developing energy plans, supporting discussions, designing alternative solutions, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Provide on-site PFE knowledge during critical situations, support regional teams with troubleshooting, and ensure security compliance.

Forecast regional power needs, manage on-site Programs On Demand (POD) installations, discuss and manage third-party support agreements, optimize processes, and conduct risk analyses.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management.

Experience in Power Feed Equipment (PFE) systems, build, and operations.

Experience in delivering network infrastructure (e.g., submarine cable design, cable landing station site selection, or station design and fit-out).
