About the job
The YouTube Business GTM team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Serve as a solutions consultant, translating objectives into clear operational requirements and proactively solving technical constraints to ensure successful implementation.

Lead executive reviews to drive alignment on critical implementation decisions, and provide executive-level updates to ensure visibility and alignment.

Drive alignment across cross-functional working groups (business development, finance, legal, product, engineer, operations, etc.) to define requirements and develop execution roadmap.

Manage implementation roadmap by tracking execution progress, manage cross-functional dependencies, and escalate delays or roadblocks when needed, and identifying opportunities for system improvements to increase execution efficiency and reduce operational and payment risks.

Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners in operations, product, engineering, business development, finance, legal, and YouTube business technology teams.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
6 years of experience in a management consulting, strategy and operations or corporate strategy role.
-
4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
-
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
-
MBA degree.
-
10 years of experience in a professional services, management consulting, investment banking or a corporate strategy role.
-
Experience in the music and media industries.
-
Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
