Develop an understanding of market expectations for localization quality and how Google's products fit in the market, and create language strategy to enable native language experience to users.

Become a critical partner for the Vietnam-focused teams with stakeholders in Marketing, Product and PR to enable native language experiences for Google’s products for Vietnamese users.

Engage regularly with local stakeholders to understand their priorities, and share updates on language strategy and global localization services.

Create and evolve Vietnamese language guidelines and language strategy for Google, taking into account input from users, stakeholders, and tech language industry trends.
-
Develop an expert level understanding of the Vietnam market and user expectations for Vietnamese language quality and how to use language to achieve market and user needs. Propose language studies and user insights to ever-improve this understanding.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently in order to educate and advocate for Google's products when presenting to Vietnamese clients.
